After successfully giving the first workshop of series "C on Solaris", SKIT OSUM members carried their momentum to the second year Information Technology students. In this workshop again we taught them how to develop and compile their C programs on the standard cc compiler. I provided them hands on practice on Solaris and asked them to develop some good C programs on Solaris platform.

Details of the workshop are:

Date: 13th October, 2009
Time: 8 AM - 10 AM
Venue: Sun Solaris Lab
No. of participating students: 40

Well with this workshop we moved a step forward and hope to carry this momentum in other sections too :)
