To register your project, you will need to sign up through the OSUM Affiliate program (This does not mean you have to join it, but this is our only way to track it so please click the link below). We are doing this just to make sure you agree to conduct yourself in a good manner reflective of Sun.

- If you are an individual and sign up below, you will not become an affiliate member. Just fill out the form and you will receive an email so you can fill out to receive sling bags, a t shirt, and other goodies included in the official kit.

- If you are a group and sign up below, you will become an affiliate. You can be an affiliate as long as you be (you get access to really cool stuff like DVD's and all sorts of digital collateral). Remember though its up to you if you want to stay an affiliate after this is over, so if you don't want to continue to participate you dont have to. Just fill out the form and you will receive an email so you can fill out to receive sling bags, a t shirt, and other goodies included in the official kit.

- If you are already an affiliate group wanting to participate in WWVW, even better because then you have an added activity for their OSUM group. Just make sure to fill out the form and you will receive an email so you can fill out to receive sling bags, a t shirt, and other goodies included in the official kit.

To Register for the WWVW using the OSUM Affiliate Form:
1. Go to https://www2.sun.de/dct/forms/reg_xg_2302_334_0.jsp
2. Complete the form with your information
3. Where it ask 'Please list the existing student-developer groups':
* For Individual OSUM members - Type in: I am an individual OSUM member who wants to participate in WWVW.
For OSUM Groups - Type in: I would like to register my OSUM group to participate in WWVW and to be part of the OSUM affiliate Program.
Already an OSUM AFfiliate Group - Type in: We are already an affiliate and we want to participate in WWVW.**
*4. Complete the Citizenship question and Submit.

After submitting your registration you will receive an email notification within 48 hours of your status as a WWVW. From here, you will be able to get your official materials kit that includes sling bags and a t shirt.
Thank you for participating in OSUM and WWVW.

that camp is really cool! Just make sure to register it when the form is avail in the coming week

AND make sure to take lots of videos and pictures to help document your event - we will be giving prizes to the top projects
